VERY narrow driveway! Please be patient as you CAREFULLY proceed to and from this special home.
You must have help to move larger pieces. Please bring your own packing materials for delicates and smalls.

NO shipping or alternate pick-up available. Please make certain you are prepared.
If you cannot make the scheduled pick up on Saturday, Dec 2, you may send a friend, family member or courier service with a signed copy of your invoice; otherwise, please do not bid.
