The artists initials are there, but I can not make them out, the p[ainting has slipped the slightest bit so the initials are under the matt.
Skillfully painted with an impressionist feel
Colors are bold & vivid
Framed it measures 15" x 12.5"
The art measures 10" x 8"
The matter is terribly soiled by mildew that happened at some point.
Remarkable, the painting is in great condition without mildew or fixing
Rickety off-white wooden frame and tattered paper on back.
