This is a powerful image - Original oil painting on Canvas in wood stretcher frame of rough water - high seas -" Kathleen 87 " written on back of frame - uncertain if this is artist or framer - along with a handwritten note on the back of canvas: "Dreams Too Much Laughing - William" . ( Booth 75)

Suitable to frame or leave as is - darker colors add a striking contrast to a lighter wall. Canvas is Stretch & Frame Grumbacher NY.

Notes: Back has what appears to be random paint strokes. Sides have slight impression of the frame behind.
