Item Description

This is a genuine Heywood Wakefield mid-century dresser, it has 3 x 3 drawer configuration. In solid maple with sculptural ribbon flowing designed drawer fronts . The handles are integrated into the drawers leaving the lines of the chest very clean. From the Sculptura Collection designed by Ernest Herrmann and Leo Jiranek for the Heywood Wakefield furniture company. It has an awesome MCM vibe, but has dirt and scuffs from age and use and the top has considerable wear and a few stains. Mirror frame has dirt that should clean off easily, a couple of scuffs, and the glass has sticker residue that will need to be removed. Mirror is solidly attached to the dresser but can be removed for transport. Insides of the drawers will also need to be cleaned. Beautiful well-made piece of furniture from a high quality maker looking for its second life.
