The color is Indian (or peacock) blue on tan Ada clay.
These were made circa 1942

Measurements are for bowl

In 2019 the president of the Frankoma collectors association valued this set at approximately $300(via photos and emailed description)

Notes: No chips, cracks or crazing, has minor manufacturing flaws in glaze
