*Items that are not picked up in the designated pickup date/times above will be considered forfeit without refund. You can arrange a friend or courier to pick up for you if you arrange with auction manager and provide a signed invoice.
*Please bring wrapping materials and boxes if you have numerous pieces of glassware/ceramics.
*PLEASE BRING MOVING SUPPLIES & LABOR FOR FURNITURE (ie. if you will need a dolly, moving blanket etc.)
*Moving help is not available at pickup for furniture and large items. Unless you can move it yourself come with help. If you require the auction manager’s assistance with moving there is a cash fee. Auction Manager is not a professional mover and reserves the right to decline help with moving or packing any items.
