Item Description

A very funky surrealist painting on artist board, signed illegibly and dated 1969. The piece features a lizard / man, an egg buried in the cliffs, a concrete wall juxtaposed with the base of the cliffs and the sea, and a odd table set with a loving cup and an orange & traversed with random line and angles. And more! Signed & dated bottom right what looks to be "R.E. Hons '69". In a period frame. The varnish is thick and noticeable. Should be cleaned. Right out of a basement.

Notes: Varnish is bown and noticeable. Some white spots. Light dirt and wear from age.

Consistent with age and use.
