Item Description

Intricately handcrafted ceramic lavabo style wall font by Italian ceramist and sculptor Antonio Zen Nove of Vicenza. The upper container and half-moon basin are covered in applied grape and vine forms and the vessel includes a brass palmette spigot. It is marked “A.Z Nove” on the verso and dates to circa 1960 to 1970.

Lower: 13"W x 6.5"H
Bowl: 4"Diam. x 5.5"H
Condition: some light crazing.
