Antique Hand Signed Cabinet Photo Of Secretary Of The Navy George Bancroft

Very rare 1800s signed cabinet photo. George Bancroft established the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis Maryland in 1845. He was a senior American Diplomat in Europe. He was born October 3rd, 1800 and died January 17th, 1891. The spot on the photo is from the flash of my camera and is not on the card itself.
