Framed with glass. An illustration of Arthur Meyer named by Charles Leandre. Signed bottom left. This was for the cover of Le Rire No.240. Charles Lucien Léandre (1862–1934) was a French caricaturist and painter. He was born at Champsecret (Orne), and studied painting under Émile Bin.
