Antique Chinese export porcelain platter with an old repair using metal “staples” an old method of repairing porcelain. The break extended across the platter.

Platter measures 17” long, 13-3/4” wide, 1-3/4” tall

Besides the old break there is a chip on the rim and one on the underside along the crack
