Used a handful of times, and still in great condition.
Used to stretch carpet over tack strip to insure carpet fits tight and lies flat. Adjustable pin depth allows for use with any carpet. Length adjusts from 19-in to 24-in. The pin dial gives a visual reference of pin length.
