A Vintage Silver Platter

Large oval silver-plated gallery serving tray is
unmarked but presumed to be made in
England during the 1920’s, according to an
Antique appraiser. The antique platter is in
the style of the Victorian period. The tray
has an ornately design around the gallery
with handles fashioned at either end. The
gallery also features a hammered and
braided design detail and beaded detail on
the rim and bottom edge. The tray sits on
four sturdy bun feel. Excellent condition.
Measures 15” wide by 23” long.
