A fantastic love seat sleeping sofa. There is a Town & Country single chair sleeper sofa in the next lot, if interested. Minimal wear to this sofa. See photos. The pillows are included. The measurements of mattress are 71x59 inches. When the sleeper is open, the depth from back of couch to end of mattress is 88 inches long. The depth of the couch when folded up is 37 inches deep and the width of the couch is 83 inches. Floor to back of couch height is 31 inches. This will be moved to ground level for easier pick up.
