Laurel Grove Rd is a very narrow, well traveled dirt road. It runs between Middletown section of Wadsworth Falls State Park & The Wadsworth Mansion City park. Pick-up Parking is allowed in both driveways belonging to home at #73 Laurel Grove Rd, as well as several off street parking spaces available across and just beyond #89 Laurel Grove (Next door left) in opposite direction next to side entrance to W.F. Trails. In street parking is allowed, however road is very well traveled and may be dangerous. Every effort will be made to allow for safe, off street parking pick-ups in driveways, however occasionally multiple auction winners may arrive simultaneously causing a delay in available parking at the home.
