We cannot provide help to load items. Bidders are responsible to remove all purchases and bring their own bags, boxes, packing materials and/or tools to remove items. Please be prepared to pack & transport your items.

BUYERS PREMIUM: A buyer’s premium of 18% will be added to the final price and will be charged to the credit/debit card on file at the close of the auction. Please consider this additional cost before bidding.

SALES TAX: All sales are subject to sales tax laws. Tax exempt buyers must provide the appropriate state sales tax exemption certificate prior to the end of the sale to AUCTION NINJA for approval. You can do this when you register to bid on AUCTION NINJA. Your profile name & address must match your resale certificate. AUCTION NINJA will keep this information on file for future auctions.

PICK UP: Buyers must pick up their items at the designated sale location within the assigned time frame stated on the sale details page. The address will be sent to winning bidder via email. Please check junk/spam if you do not receive an email. We do not provide assistance to help you move items to your vehicle.

UNCLAIMED ITEMS will be forfeited. NO refunds will be issued, and you will be at risk of losing your bidding privileges.
