Items are listed as accurately as possible based on visible and obvious characteristics, condition and defects or flaws. Unless otherwise indicated, items are assumed to be used and may show flaws or defects consistent with use ...view morewhich might not be visible in the photos. When possible, electronic items are tested to ensure they turn on (lights, meters, indicators) but are not necessarily tested for quality or performance such as a video game being connected to a TV and played with, or an amplifier being connected to a guitar and checked for quality of sound. Thus we cannot ensure the proper performance of electronic or mechanical devices. Please be sure to carefully inspect all photos thoroughly before bidding. If you have any questions, please notify us at least 24 hours before auction begins to close and we will do our best to answer your questions. By bidding, you are indicating that you have read the description, viewed the photos and are purchasing the item "as is" without any warranty or implied condition other than is in the description.

Terms
- All sales are final. and are sold as-is.
Descriptions are provided based on the best of our knowledge and composition, material, color may be different than described and measurements are approximate.
- Any weights and measurements are approximate.
- There are no warranties on items.

Auction Pickup
Address and details are provided to winners after sales are finalized.

Buyer is required to provide their own boxes, totes or packing materials, and for large or heavy items, your own labor and equipment such as a furniture dolly. If an object requires disassembly, please bring appropriate tools.

Buyers are responsible to pick-up / remove every item purchased in their lot. If a lot contains various items, buyer must pick up all items and not cherry pick only a few of the items. (For example, if a complete bed is purchased, buyer must take the frame and the mattresses, not just the frame).

The scheduled pickup date and time provided are normally the only time frame that pickups will be available. We will do our best to accommodate you if there is any conflict but we request you notify us prior to the start of an auction to ensure your requested time slot is available.

Unless prior arrangements are made, items not picked up by the end of the pickup date will be forfeited by the buyer and discarded or donated.

Shipping:

Please notify us immediately after the auction if you require shipping of your items, we will do our best to accommodate you for smaller items and combine shipping into the most efficient packaging. Shipping costs are based on the actual shipping cost plus cost of insurance, any boxes, packing material and a handling fee of $10 per box. Shipping will be charged to the credit card used for your auction unless you specify otherwise. If payment for shipping has not been provided, or item is not picked up within 7 days after the auction has ended, item will be forfeited. Items are shipped within 1 week after the auction pick-up date.
