Items may be located in multiple onsite locations such as upstairs, garage, and basement. You will be responsible for any damage done to property while removing your items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO EXCEPTIONS, NO RETURNS, CREDITS OR EXCHANGES. Bidders are encouraged to carefully examine lots. Best Treasures will do its best to list any damages, imperfection, or repairs. All buyers are hereby notified that most of the treasures listed are in used condition, and therefore should expect normal signs of wear and tear. Although Best Treasures makes every effort to document any damages or flaws in their descriptions and photos, it is not implied that lots are in perfect condition.
