He took part in the late Indian campaigns, the Spanish-American War, the Philippine Insurrection, twice returned to the islands in a military capacity, participated in the Mexican border preparations prior to the World War, served in Hawaii, and has been honored many times for duty on the battlefields of France. More recently the men in this family served in the Navy, one as a Captain traveling the globe.

NYS has recently clarified their regulations on sales tax collection requirements as it pertains to out of state shipments. In effect, we are required to collect sales tax for ALL PURCHASES regardless of where the shipping destination is, with the only exceptions being either:

A) the shipping destination does not collect sales tax locally (Such as Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon) or;
B) you have a valid resale certificate
