From late June-on, this plant is a standout in the landscape. The frosted effect can last most of the summer, depending on how much rainfall occurs. This is a must-have plant for anyone who loves foliage. It is a compact, dense grower, broader than tall, and will take a long time to outgrow its location. Leaves are lance-shaped and stiff. Indumentum is thin and white. Flowers open light pink and fade to almost white over time. This plant requires excellent drainage.
