The Grip-Rite GRTFR83 Short Body Plastic Collated Framing Nailer is one of the most durable, yet lightweight framing nailers on the market. Well balanced and weighing in at only 6.9 lbs., the GRTFR83 dramatically reduces user fatigue. Rugged design and built to be used in professional framing, truss, sheathing, roof decking, and industrial applications. Equipped with a revolutionary head-valve system, the Grip-Rite framing nailer recycles a portion of the air after each shot and dramatically reduces the amount of air needed for the next nail. This not only ensures a flush drive of the nail each and every time the tool is fired, it increases the number of nails fired per compressor cycle. The Grip-Rite GRTFR83 also comes with a switch-able trigger allowing fast and easy switching between sequential fire and "bump" fire. That's not all! The GRTFR83 Dual Loading System allows the user to load strips of nails through the top of the magazine, or through the rear of the magazine. The die-cast aluminum rotating rafter hook makes it breeze to keep your tool close and within easy reach, and the included swivel fitting keeps bulky air hoses from weighing down your tool.
