Plate 767 features three varieties of Orchids
Johann Weinmann (1683-1741), a German pharmacist and apothecary, was author and publisher of 'Phytanthoza Iconographia', one of the most important botanical works of the eighteenth century. Released in eight tranches between 1737 and 1745, it contains 1025 hand-coloured engravings depicting thousands of different plants.

This lot can be shipped, but will only be dropped off at a UPS shipping location for a $10 fee (one fee per bidder, not per item). The winning bidder will be responsible for contacting the UPS store directly with the information provided, to pay for packing and shipping.
