PICKUPS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, DO NOT JUST SHOW UP. PLEASE ARRIVE AT YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. IF YOU ARRIVE EARLY, WAIT IN YOUR VEHICLE UNTIL YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. WINNING BIDDERS WILL BE CONTACTED BY OUR APPOINTMENT SERVICE THE DAY FOLLOWING THE AUCTION CLOSE TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT TIME. PLEASE ENSURE THE PHONE NUMBER YOU HAVE REGISTERED IN THE SYSTEM IS CORRECT SO WE CAN REACH YOU.
Items will be brought outside the home by our staff, no one will enter the home. Upon arrival, our staff will greet you and ask for your appointment time. Please bring your signed invoice. If you do not have a printer, please bring a pen to sign the copy we will provide for you.
If you are not feeling well or have been exposed to COVID-19, please make arrangements to have a friend or family member collect your items or contact us to possibly make alternative arrangements.
TERMS: All sales are final. No credits or returns. All items are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. Please refer to all photos as part of the description. We do our best to list any damage or repairs. The absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Remember you are bidding on pre-owned/used items unless stated otherwise. Expect signs of wear consistent with age.
SHIPPING: Read item description to confirm if your desired item can be shipped before bidding. We do not ship large and/or fragile items. All shipments are made through the Babylon NY UPS store (631-321-8810). We drop off all shipments during the week following the auction. We do not know estimated packing, shipping and insurance costs. We will provide UPS with your invoice and they will contact you directly for payment. Please confirm all of your contact information is correct on your TPES Auction Ninja account so they can contact you. Trading Post Estate Sales is not responsible for lost or damaged items. Once shipped, lost or damaged items should be resolved through the UPS insurance claim process.
DELIVERY: You must confirm that your desired item(s) can be delivered before bidding. We offer curbside delivery for larger items through our sister company Trading Places (www.TPMoving.com). Please contact Trading Places at (516) 231-MOVE for delivery quotes and any further questions.
TRANSPORT (ALTERNATE PICK UP):
We can transport certain items to be picked up at our office in Farmingdale NY between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. Read item description to confirm if your desired item can be transported before bidding. We do not transport large or fragile items. Each lot has a transport fee that can be viewed in the description. This fee is payable in cash at time of pick up. Office phone number is 516-231-6683.
