We ship some items using USPS Priority Flat Rate boxes. It will be shipped in the appropriate flat rate box, plus a $10 handling fee. If your item or combined items, require a larger box than the flat rate boxes, there will be an additional charge. Shipping charges will be calculated based on weight and size of box needed after auction close.

All sales are final. No returns, credits or exchanges. All items are sold as-is.

BIDDERS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO ASK ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS BEFORE BIDDING. Please refer to photos as part of the description.

While, we at The Time Traveler’s Emporium, will do our best to list any damage or repairs, please understand that the absence of these descriptions must not be taken to imply that the item/items are in perfect condition. Remember, you are bidding on pre-owned or used items unless otherwise stated. Most of the items that are sold by us, are used, vintage, or antique. Expect signs of wear consistent with age. Even our new items may have shelf wear or slight imperfections. We will try to state this in the description.

Please plan on picking up your items on the day and time specified for buyer pickup. Packing materials are the responsibility of the buyer. If you purchased large and/or heavy items, you are responsible for loading. Please bring appropriate help.

PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE UNABLES TO PICK UP YOUR ITEM/ITEMS AT THE DESIGNATED TIME. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING THIS TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND. We do not store items for pickup at a later date.

Pickup will be handled in the order of people arriving. Please be mindful of the community and neighbors and park accordingly, and be patient while we locate your winning lots. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before pickup close time. We are a small, family-owned company, and pride ourselves on our customer service; we will do our upmost to make your experience a pleasant one.

Your packages will be shipped WITHIN 7 DAYS of the auction end. If there is any issue with your credit card, this may delay shipping.

Once a package is scanned into the USPS system and a tracking number is generated, any claim of damage or non-delivery will be the responsibility of the buyer to file a claim with USPS.

Please confirm the address on file with Auction Ninja is correct as we will ONLY be shipping to the shipping address on your account. Any additional cost incurred because of an incorrect address will be the responsibility of the buyer.
