A terrific collection of vintage cookbooks from the 40's, 50's and even a folio of recipes from the late 80's. These are well-loved cookbooks whose condition reflects their regular use in the kitchen!

The Culinary Arts Institute Encyclopedic Cookbook, 9"x6", published in 1948
Women's Home Companion Cook Book, Copyright 1946, 8.5"x6"
The 20 Minute Cookbook, published in 1953, 9"x6"
Great American Recipes, Binder, Published in 1989, 8.5"x6.5"
These are used in fair condition, each book has handwritten notes on the inside covers and pages, staining both in and outside of the books, 2 are missing their original jacket covers, there are dog-eared pages. Recipe pages are legible.
