Underwriter Laboratories Illuminating Uncle Sam Pledge of Allegiance still bank
there's a button at the base of the bank you press to light up the lamp
I have plugged it in and try to test it however I did not want to open it up and I'm not actually sure there is a bulb in it
There is a crack that stems from the base on the left hand side and goes from one foot to the other
There is also a stress crack on opposing sides of the button
