ANY & ALL items not picked up during the scheduled pick up dates/times, without making prior arrangements (including CT Transfer), will be deemed abandoned and forfeited.
We have another auction immediately after this one, therefore purchases must be removed from the premises immediately.

Successful bidders interested in Stamford, CT pick up subject to TRANSFER FEES, please message us through Ninja, or call our office 603-675-2549, (this is a landline, please do not text) after the close of sale, and by 5pm Thursday April 21st to pay your transfer fees and get on CT delivery .

For purchases being picked up by a delivery service in NH, we must be notified of delivery arrangements, by 5pm Friday, April 22nd. and purchases must be removed from our premises in a timely manner, or will be moved to on-site storage for a fee.

We do not provide in house shipping, we are happy to help coordinate with the local UPS Pack & Ship. They can be reached at 603-298-7890, if you need to inquire about an estimate. If you are successful, please contact our office at 603-675-2549, directly after the sale if you would like us to release your purchases to them for shipping. . Purchases may only be shipped to the address associated with the credit card registered for payment, and WITHIN THE US ONLY. Photo ID may be required.

USPS SHIPPING
We do not ship in house, we are happy to help coordinate shipping with our local UPS Pack and Ship in West Lebanon, NH, their number is 603-298-7890 if you would like to inquire about estimates.
Only small items that fit in a USPS Priority Mail box are eligible for USPS Shipping, please contact our office at 603-675-2549 to inquire or arrange.
If you are the successful bidder, and want your purchases shipped, please call our office after the sale at 603-675-2549, and give permission to have your purchases transferred to the UPS Store or USPS.
Verification by Photo ID that matches the information on the form of payment is required prior to shipping.
I agree to have Wm. Smith Inc. release my purchases for shipping to USPS or UPS. I make no claims of Wm. Smith regarding shipping delay, loss or arrival condition of purchases. All items are in stated condition of the lot when they leave our premises. By requesting shipping the buyer assumes all responsibility for any damage occurring once items leave our gallery. .
