Please bring boxes and padding for your purchases, we will have limited staff available to help you load.
All equipment, structures and large objects are the sole responsibility of the buyer to move, we will not have staff or equipment to assist with these pieces.
Please note that many items are located in an area that will need to be accessed with a truck.
ANY & ALL items not picked up during the scheduled pick up dates/times, without making prior arrangements will be deemed abandoned and forfeited.
Purchases must be removed from the premises during specified pick up dates, or will be deemed abandoned and forfeited.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:
USPS SHIPPING
We do not ship in house, we are happy to help coordinate shipping with our local UPS Pack and Ship in West Lebanon, NH, their number is 603-298-7890 if you would like to inquire about estimates.
If you are the successful bidder, and want your purchases shipped, please call our office after the sale at 603-675-2549, and give permission to have your purchases transferred to the UPS Store.
Purchases may only be shipped to the address associated with the credit card registered for payment, and ONLY WITHIN THE United States.
Verification by Photo ID that matches the information on the form of payment is required prior to shipping.
By requesting shipping the buyer thereby agrees to the following terms: I agree to have Wm. Smith Inc. release my purchases for shipping to USPS or UPS. I make no claims of Wm. Smith regarding shipping delay, loss or arrival condition of purchases. All items are in condition stated in the condition report contained with lot description, when they leave our premises. By requesting shipping the buyer assumes all responsibility for any damage occurring once items leave the premises.
