The KDL-46S2010 uses advanced liquid crystal panel technology that divides pixels into segments. This broadens the viewing angle, improving color and contrast when viewing from the side. Sony's BRAVIA Engine is a bundle of video processing circuits that enhances contrast and color, reduces noise, and ensures smooth on-screen motion.

An adjustable backlight is another key feature.
