Table structurally good condition, cosmetically fair condition given water marks & scuffs on table surface.
Chairs structurally & cosmetically quite good condition except for 1 armchair seat sunken
Table approx 106.5"w (63"center, each leaf 21.5"w) x 39.5"d x 27.5"h This is a large set.
