Only USPS Flat Rate Boxes will be used for shipping. Insurance & Signature Confirmation is MANDATORY.

We will ship ONLY to the shipping address listed on your SEATTLE ORGANIZING WORKS account/address on invoice.

It is your responsibility to make sure it is updated and correct before bidding.

If you have a reseller's certificate you must provide that through AUCTION NINJA before bidding. We will not credit you back tax one bidding begins.

Purchases of $250 or more will require a photo id. at pick-up. If items are to be shipped, shipping will take place one week after the auction closes. You will need to email me a copy of your photo id. to elizabeth@seattleorganizingworks.com. Failure to do so will delay your shipment.

Please understand that while Seattle Organizing Works does its best to describe all items listed, we are neither jewelers nor gemologists. Our descriptions are a suggestion of what we believe the items may be. An item that is listed as a "pearl" may be a genuine pearl, a cultured pearl, or a synthetic. The final judgment as to what you are bidding on and its value is ultimately up to you, the bidder. Items described as "diamonds" have been tested with a diamond tester. Keep in mind items are not brand new and may have minor flaws and show signs of use, general wear and tear, etc. I will try to point out obvious flaws but ultimately it is up to you to study the photos and ask any questions you may have. Pieces have been wiped but not cleaned.
