WW II Eisenhower Jacket With Berlin Patch And Cap In Epaulet

Eisenhower jacket with patch saying "Berlin" and has a symbol of the number "*" with an upward pointing sword. There is a patch of three bar stripe and a bar below on navy emblem. Jacket was probably owned/worn by a staff sergeant. Collar to waist measure 25"; Waist 1s 35" but can be adjusted smaller by inside straps. Shoulder to cuff is 24", There are stains and signs of wear consistent with age
