Jackie Kennedy Porcelain Collector's Doll By Franklin Heirloom Dolls - Limited Edition

Stunning doll in like new condition features Jackie Kennedy wearing a white satin gown modeled on a gown she actually wore. Limited edition is marked 266/950. It is 16 inches high. The gown and accessories were designed by Oleg Cassini whose signature (not known if it is his or if it is printed) comes on Franklin Mint stationary. The certificate states that the doll "wears an authentic recreation of the gown that I originally designed for Jackie Kennedy and which she wore to the state dinner in India in March 1962." The accessories include long gloves, white heels, a gold evening purse which is in a black jewelry bag, a fringed white satin shawl and a jewelry box a pearl choker necklace. Doll comes in original box which is in good condition. See same doll on multiple web sites where doll in this condition typically starts at $45 and goes much higher.
