Auction Pickup
*Address and pick-up details is only provided to the winning bidders.
*Winning bidders must bring their own labor for heavy items, a proper vehicle and their own packing materials.
*Please wait at entrance of storage facility and allow an REC representative to give access and allow items to be picked up.

***Please note, there are no available pick-up times for the auction. Please refrain from bidding unless you are able to pick up your items at the scheduled time.
WE CAN NOT MOVE OR STORE YOUR ITEMS ***THERE IS NO ALTERNATIVE PICK-UP FOR THIS AUCTION, AND YOU MUST REQUEST SHIPPING AS SOON AS THE AUCTION CLOSES***

Items must be picked up at the scheduled pick-up times or they will be considered abandoned, without refund and your account/future bidding privileges with REC will be canceled.

Winning bidders are responsible for bringing their own packing and moving materials; as well as appropriate vehicles, tie-downs, and manpower.  REC does not supply packing materials or tools.  Labor may or may not be available to help you carry your items, so please plan accordingly.

We do our best to make pick-up as fast and efficient as possible.  We handle orders on a first-come, first-serve basis so please be patient while our crew works with other bidders and finds your items.

***Please let us know prior to the pickup if your items will need to be shipped. Shipping guidelines are strictly enforced. If you would like to arrange for a third-party shipper, please coordinate that with us in advance. It is solely up to the discretion of REC whether or not items are are available for shipping.

NO SHIPPING OF FRAGILE ITEMS

• You pay all handling, shipping, and insurance costs.

• $12 is added to each shipment for handling costs.

• We ship items using the credit card on file with Auction Ninja.

• The shipping of your items begins approximately 7-10 days after the auction closes.

SHIPPING: Please email paul@realtyestateco.com to request your item to be shipped. Shipping is available for smaller items that are not fragile. You'll be responsible to pay all handling, shipping, and insurance costs.

**We will use the credit card you have on file with auction ninja for your shipping charges, and you will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped.
