The prints appear to be in Very Good Condition. The frames have some wear and aging. The book, "Ansel Adams: The Spirit of Wild Places", is a treasury of 120 images of Adam's work as commissioned by the National Park Service in 1941. The book is in Very Good Condition and since it was a gift, it has a signed dedication of the inside cover in pen.
