2 Brass Lamps - Need Repairs

Two different brass lamps. Both are without the lampshade and do not work. The larger lamp (33" tall / 16" tall body) has some dents and wear on the body, includes the cord but does not turn on. The smaller lamp (22.5" tall / 13" Tall body) does not have a cord.
