I could not get it to turn on, it might work in that photos taken of radios later in the auction did turn on after I left them on for a while - consider it to be a great shelf display item ?

I bought about 20 radios from a bankruptcy auction years ago - all of them seem ? (I do not know radios) to have been repainted in various colors (all the colors are great but the silver chrome ones really standout on a shelf) and many of them made into chrome or silver radios. I had a loft in LODO (downtown Denver) where I had huge bookshelves with lot so books and other items. I put 20 radio up as bookends etc on the wall and it looked great.
