14K Gold & 7-Diamond Ring SETTING, Needs Center Stone, 1st Pic Shows Suggestion

Unusual ring setting comprising a tiara of 7 diamonds in front of a flat surface with a post, topped by a thin circle of gold (closeup is second pic.)
PLEASE NOTE*** The 1st photo shows what it looks like now and then how it might look with a stone in it, but a creative jeweler could suggest all sorts of ways to redo this and it will be a standout.
The ring is in very nice condition with no breaks or wear to the uniquely-designed band.
It is very small - a size 4 to 4.5 - and could be resized, though you'd lose a bit of the design on the bottom.
