SPECIAL PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS: Winning bidders must provide boxes and paper. Winning bid-ders are responsible for removal and loading of all items. Smaller items will be available for curbside pickup. A representative will be there to assist, but the winning bidder assumes any and all responsi-bility for any damage or injury that should take place once they are on the property.
PICK UP LOCATION: 136 Main Street, Newbury, MA. Pick will be FRIDAY and SATURDAY, NOV 11 and 12 from 10-4pm. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP WILL BE CONSIDERED ON SCHEDULED PICK UP TIMES WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONDED WITH NO REFUNDS. Small items can be transported back to Amesbury with for a $25 fee per lot. Restrictions apply. Please email mcinnisauctions@yahoo.com with your request.
