PAYMENT and TERMS: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and will be charged to your credit card on file. All sales are final, no credits or returns. All items are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. Please refer to photos as part of the description. JMA will do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Remember you are purchasing antique or used items. Expect signs of wear consistent with age.

SPECIAL PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS: Winning bidders must provide boxes and paper. Winning bidders are responsible for removal and loading of all items. Smaller items will be available for curbside pickup. A representative will be there to assist, but the winning bidder assumes any and all responsibility for any damage or injury that should take place once they are on the property.

FIREARMS SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: John McInnis Auctioneers complies with all Federal and State rules and regulations relating to the purchasing, registration and shipping of firearms. A Bidder is required to provide appropriate documents and the payment of associated fees. STATELINE GUNS, AMMO and ARCHERY, 153 PLAISTOW ROAD, PLAISTOW, NH 03865, will handle all paperwork and transfers related to firearms. YOU MUST BE A NH RESIDENT OVER 21 OR HAVE AN FFL TO PICK UP AT STATELINE STORE LOCATION. Otherwise transferable firearms will have to be shipped to a business or someone holding an FFL. The provisions of sections 122 to 129D, inclusive, and sections 131, 131A, 131B and 131E shall not apply to: any firearm, rifle or shotgun manufactured in or prior to the year 1899 OR black powder.

ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND, NO EXCEPTIONS, UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH THE AUCTION HOUSE – LOCAL DELIVERY OF LARGE ITEMS AVAILABLE FOR A FEE.

SHIPPING: Parcel Room is available to quote and pick up your item(s). Please contact them at 603-431-4205 or auctions@parcelroom.com. Buyer pays all shipping costs. We are not responsible for your purchase once you authorize release to shipper of your choice. Local shipping of larger items (furniture) not suitable for the Parcel Room can be made by emailing our gallery. Unless prior acceptable pick up or shipping arrangements have been agreed upon prior to purchase, a storage charge of up to $25 a day could be applied to any item left on premise after agreed upon date. Items not picked up may also be subject to a disposal fee charge, depending on size and type of item.
TRANSPORT (ALTERNATIVE PICK UP): As a special service for the convenience of our valued customers: Anyone who would like to pick up their purchases in Amesbury, MA we will offer to transfer your purchases to our facility in Amesbury for a nominal fee starting at $25 per item to be capped at $100.00. NOTE: EXCLUSIONS APPLY, LARGE OR UNUSUAL ITEMS/LOTS WILL BE ASSESSED A SEPARATE FEE FOR TRANSPORT.
