SPECIAL PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS: Winning bidders must provide boxes and paper. Winning bidders are responsible for removal and loading of all items. Smaller items will be available for curbside pickup. A representative will be there to assist, but the winning bidder assumes any and all responsibility for any damage or injury that should take place once they are on the property.

PICK UP LOCATION: 14 Dexter Lane, Newburyport, MA. Pick will be Mon Oct 31st and Tues Nov 1st from 11-5pm. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP ON SCHEDULED PICK UP TIMES WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONDED WITH NO REFUNDS. Small items can be transported back to Amesbury with for a $25 fee per lot. Restrictions apply.
