Vintage Native American Crafted Pin Circa 1920-30

The swastika, or Whirling Logs symbol, was a Native American design element long before it was used by Hitler as a Nazi logo. Native artists ceased using it in the 1930s because of its horrific association with the German dictator.

Vintage pin by unknown Native America silversmith circa 1920-30. Handcrafted in fine sterling silver featuring an arrow with applied wiring log design displaying a round polished green Turquoise gemstone.
