Auction manager will contact winning bidders on the 23rd to arrange pick up hours and elevator arrangements for the 24th pick up. Thank you for your understanding. Winnings not picked up on the 24th of August between 10 am-2 pm will be forfeited with no refund, no exceptions. All auctions lot sold "as is".
