HANDLING FEE
There is (currently) a total of a $5 handling fee for the whole order if you decide to ship. (For most items). This is on top of the regular postage fees. THERE IS NO ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COSTS. Any item we sell big or small, we have the ability to ship worldwide. **PLEASE NOTE!! Auction items won will not begin to ship for 7 to 10 business days AFTER the close of the auction and payment is received. We reserve the right to ship any item in the method that we see fit. We do not use a 3rd party shipping method. However, on occasion… Lacey may leave some of her dog glitter laying around.
She has, however, gotten pretty good with a tape gun…and her little western outfit… cowgirl hat, holster, boots…
No hidden shipping fees. Just dog bones.
FYI: media mail is used when it’s the best cost effective method, however USPS media mail is not always the least expensive when shipping media material. We always ship with the customer in mind and we are very affordable. Bidders are learning a valuable lesson when they see an overinflated shipping bill from other auction companies. Don’t be scammed.
WHERE TO PICK UP: 
Our main location currently is 199 Old Harford Rd. Colchester Ct. We're located in the back of the building where the offices are. Please call or text upon arrival, we will meet you. 860-917-3276 or 803-629-2968. You MUST HAVE an appointment. It is often difficult to reach us by phone… if we do not return your call please text or send message through the auction ninja email message service. We have two numbers for you to reach us.
An appointment can be made by texting anytime OR calling during hours 10a.m. To 3:00p.m. Tuesday through Friday.
*We are closed for pick up on Sunday and Monday. Lacey gets her nails done, has a spa day and does an occasional hike in the wilderness…
We will make several attempts to contact you if we do not hear from you, before we toss your items into the fire pit or the wood chipper. You may or may not be invited to the bonfire. Bring your wieners.
ALTERNATIVE PICKUP LOCATION: (look for the bonfire/wood chipper)… Salem Ct. BY APPOINTMENT. Not always available. Please ask if needed. FEE OF $5 or more to relocate items. Just another option in case Colchester is too far.

Treat this like a warning given on an item on a market label that should otherwise be considered as “common sense” but needed to be put out there because someone failed at the task.

We can ship worldwide and will do so with most items. We will always look for the best shipping rate over multiple shipping accounts. If you win multiple items you may have several different packages and they may ship different ways. If you are in the state of CT. or close by and prefer to have your items shipped you MUST contact us. Lacey is an amazing soccer dog but she has not mastered the ability of psychic connection. The closest she can come to that is knowing if there is a treat in your hand, car, pocket etc. So she allows us to handle all the shipping.
