This appears to have been designed to be a large hanging light fixture. I was told that it was provided exclusively to restaurants. Lamp shown in photos for lighting effect not included.

Great Condition
This is a bit out of shape due to poor storage. This can certainly be straightened out, but I would recommend heating before trying to bend it back into shape. After careful inspection I was able to find only one small cracked piece of glass. Please see photos.
