A composition hand painted umbrella stand decorated with flowers on a rust colored ground, late 19th century. The base signed "United Inderated Fibre Co. / Lockport NY USA" - last patent date 1886. Some paint crazing, use wear along flared rim, otherwise good condition. 11 3/8"W x 22"H.
