Payment and Terms: Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice and payment will be charged to your credit card on file. All sales are final, no credits or returns. All items are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. Please refer to photos as part of the description. HGVMLLC will do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Remember you are purchasing antique or used items. Expect signs of wear consistent with age.

Special Pick-up Instructions: Winning bidders must bring a copy of their paid invoice in order to pick up their items.
Winning bidders must also bring their valid driver’s license and allow HGVMLLC to photocopy it, if necessary.
Winning bidders must sign a pick up receipt before loading items into their vehicle.
Winning Bidders must provide their own boxes and paper.
Winning bidders are responsible for removal and loading of all items.
A representative of HGVMLLC will be present at the time of pick up, but winning bidder must bring assistance to move and load their won items.
Winning bidders, and their help, assumes any and all responsibility for damage or injury that should take place once they are on the property.



Pick Up Address and Time: Pick up will be at First come First serve at Hunt & Gather Vintage Market LLC located at 194 Worcester Road in Princeton MA 01541. Pick up will be on Sunday May 5th, between 12pm-5pm; Wednesday May 8th, Thursday May 9th, & Friday May 10th, between 11am-5pm. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND, NO EXCEPTIONS, UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH THE AUCTION MANAGER – LOCAL DELIVERY OF LARGE ITEMS IS AVAILABLE FOR A FEE.
