Century By W Salem Cobalt-rim 23k Gold Plate

Vintage decorative plate with Victorian-painted scene, cobalt painted rim and 23k gold painted filigree accents. Has some cracking to the glaze, no chips or cracks to plate itself. Some wear to paint and discoloration of white portions of plate. Tape residue on back of plate. See photos for further reference.
