Antique Adderley Chelsea Blue Grape (In Relief) Ironstone 2 Handle Covered Jar With Underplate

8" diameter underplate with a backstamp that appears to read DRESDEN IRON STONE CHINA. The mark is an impression and very hard to read. The pattern appears to be some variant of Adderley's Chelsea, which I was unable to clearly identify. No luck with the idea that it's a Dresden piece in my research. If Adderley, it is about turn of the 20th Century, but it looks much older. It is similar to Wedgwood's Jasperware.
6" diameter x 7.5" high jar including the cover
Everything has heavy crazing as shown with some chips to the pot and lid.
