Antique North Wind Wood Secretary Desk Handcarved With North Wind And Gargoyles

Antique wood desk handcarved showing the north wind on the front and gargoyles on the five drawers. Has claw feet and inside there are compartments for writing implements and storage. Wonderful antique piece in good condition with a little stain loss and chipping as shown on a gargoyles nose. These pieces came from the late 1800s and were believed to keep evil spirits out of your home. 41 1/2 inches tall 36 inches wide and 18 inches deep.
